Rural Early Childhood Sponsors March Issue of Zero to Three

APRIL 4, 2006 | The March issue of the professional journal Zero to Three focuses on challenges to early care and education in rural communities, thanks to sponsorship by the National Center for Rural Early Childhood Learning Initiatives.

Cathy Grace, Ed.D., professor and director of Rural Early Childhood, served as guest editor of the thematic issue, which includes the following articles:

Zero to Three is published by Zero to Three: The National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families, a national, nonprofit, multidisciplinary organization that advances our mission by informing, educating and supporting adults who influence the lives of infants and toddlers.

Sponsorship of the thematic issue was by the National Center for Rural Early Childhood, a program of the Mississippi State University Early Childhood Institute, under Grant #P116Z05-0056 by the U.S. Department of Education.
