APRIL 4, 2006 | The March issue of the
professional journal Zero to Three
focuses on challenges to early care and
education in rural communities, thanks to
sponsorship by the National Center for Rural
Early Childhood Learning Initiatives.

Toddlers, and Families, a national,
nonprofit, multidisciplinary organization that
advances our mission by informing, educating and
supporting adults who influence the lives of
infants and toddlers.

program of the Mississippi State University
Early Childhood Institute, under Grant
